About the Provider

As a board-certified nurse practitioner in psychiatry, I bring a wealth of clinical experience and specialized training to support you on your mental wellness journey. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University at Buffalo and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester. Along with my foundational education, I also completed a specialized clinical fellowship in forensic psychiatry, which helped me further develop my skills as a clinician and deepen my understanding of mental health.

My career has taken me through a variety of settings, including outpatient community mental health, private practice, and the military, allowing me to work with diverse populations and gain a well-rounded perspective on mental health care. As a combat veteran, I also have robust experience in military healthcare, where I learned firsthand the unique challenges service members face and how to effectively provide care in high-pressure environments.

I am originally from the Buffalo, New York area, and as a proud Buffalonian, I’m passionate about Buffalo sports and can never resist the classic combo of blue cheese with my chicken wings!

My vision is to create a space where mental health care feels not only accessible but also truly personalized and free from judgment. I believe that everyone deserves the support they need to heal, grow, and thrive—no matter where they are on their journey. I’m committed to offering care that meets you where you are, with a deep understanding that each person’s path to well-being is unique. By combining traditional psychiatric care with holistic practices such as mindfulness and emotional well-being techniques, my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I want you to confidently move forward in your healing process, knowing you have the tools and support to grow into the best version of yourself—mentally, emotionally, and holistically.
